Other Training Opportunities

Head GMU Mens Soccer Coach Greg Andrulis has announced the dates for the 2008 Victory Soccer Academy. Registration is now Open!

We are pleased to announce the dates for this years Victory Soccer Academy held at George Mason University. Our Academy program has grown each year with select offerings for each age group, ability level, and position specific training. Last year we added a weekend residential Academy that was very successful. This year we are offering a Winter Elite Clinic for High School aged boys on March 8th. All the details regarding our 2008 Victory Soccer Academy can be found at www.victorysocceracademys.com or at www.gomason.com. We sold out many sessions last year, so we encourage you to register early. Registration is now open.

The primary goal of the Victory Soccer Academys is to provide a challenging yet enjoyable week of soccer instruction. This will be achieved in an environment of positive reinforcement, motivating field sessions, innovative teaching and a first class staff. Our staff is comprised of committed soccer teachers who share their passion and knowledge of the game in a very energetic way. At the Victory Soccer Academys we do everything first class. Our facilities are first rate, our meals top notch and our Awards ceremony is very unique.

Our curriculum has been carefully developed to be pertinent to each age group and level that we are working with. Our ultimate goal is to fuel the passion within each Academy participant and have them leave our Academy with the tools to be successful soccer players. We have been achieving that goal for over 25 years.

Hey Coaches and Players!

You are invited to George Mason University Women's Soccer camps,  2008. We have some new exciting options this year.

For teams you can attend one of the following:

  • Pre-season competitive team camp (this is for 4 evenings in late July and always provides competitive games at the end)

  • Team day camp option for longer instruction (and to help parents with a week of something for their kids to do in the summer during the day) :)

  • Residential camp, and for the first time in a long while, an overnight mini camp for teams targeting ages 12 years old and up. (this will provide important bonding for the teams)

For Individuals you can attend our full day camp or for High School aged campers who aspire to play college soccer at any level (DI, DII, DIII, NAIA) you can come to our High School Elite residential camp.

These camps are a great environment for teams to train together to prepare for their fall season and also a great way for individuals to develop their technical and tactical skills to improve their game, or get exposure from the GMU staff if interested in Mason.

We have a great staff including our George Mason University Women's soccer coaches, other NCAA college coaches, former Division 1 college players, and some of our GMU women's college players. This is a fantastic opportunity for your team to become more cohesive and for individual players to grow in a competitive environment.

Attached to this email is the George Mason 2008 camp flyer plus the registration form. The summer will be creeping up on us so get your team registered soon. We are excited for another successful year of camp and we hope to see you this summer!!

Sincerely,
Diane Drake
