T-Ball & Softball Program

Spring  ‘08 Season

The Fairfax Police Youth Club (FPYC) T-Ball & Softball Program provides youth an opportunity to develop athletic skills, physical fitness, and good sportsmanship characteristics through participation in a team T-Ball & Softball program.  All players must be registered to participate.

Leagues. The FPYC T-Ball & Softball program consists of:

T-Ball Program:  Coed & Girls ages 5-8.  Teaches younger players the basic of the game while the older players work more on their performance abilities.  Good sportsmanship is emphasized. “Tee” & Coach Pitch.

Intermediate League:  Coed & Girls ages 9-12.  Introduces players to the game of softball and refines their softball skills. Player Pitch.

Junior League:  Coed ages 13-18.  Geared towards teaching players to work together as a team as well as developing their individual strengths. Player Pitch.

Registration Fees:  Registration fees for this season are $60.00 for one child, $115.00 for the two children, and $165.00 for 3 or more children from the same family residing at the same address.

Schedule:  The tentative T-Ball & Softball Spring ‘05 schedule is as follows:

            Team Practices Start                       Week of March 17, 2008

            Games Begin                                    April 12, 2007

Season Ends                                     June 7, 2007

The FPYC T-Ball & Softball program is an all-volunteer program that depends on players, parents, and coaches to be successful.  Volunteers to League Direct, Coach, Ass’t Coach, Team Mother, Maintain Fields, etc. are needed.  Please indicate on your Registration Form how you can volunteer to help FPYC provide the best possible T-Ball & Softball Program.  To volunteer, click on: https://www.fpycsports.com and go to Softball/T-Ball.
