Softball/T-Ball Photo Album

T-Ball league is for ages 5 – 8 and is geared towards teaching the basics of the game while the older ones work more on their performance abilities. Our main goal at this age is to teach the children good sportsmanship as well as how to both win and lose gracefully.   Tee & Coach Pitch

Intermediate league is for ages 9 – 12 and is geared towards teaching the children to refine their softball skills.   Player Pitch

Junior league is for ages 13 – 18 and is geared towards teaching the children to work together as a team as well as their individual strengths.   Player Pitch

All of our leagues strongly enforce good sportsmanship in both our players and their parents.

We do have a limited number of partial and full scholarships available.  All Fairfax County Public School students who are enrolled in the free lunch program qualify for a scholarship.  Please be prepared to show proof of enrollment and come to one of our on-site registrations.  For others interested in the scholarship program please contract Bob MacIntosh (703) 978-0104
Please register for the Spring Season timely on-line or walk-in at FPYC Clubhouse in Providence Park or the Fairfax City Parks & Recreation office as described above. All youth are encouraged to participate regardless of experience or ability. Our program is unique. We offer coed softball for youth age five through 18. We offer "tee", coach and player pitch programs.  We stress the fundamentals, offer competitive and noncompetitive leagues, and encourage players of all skills to participate. All youth who register play! Call me if you have any questions about our program.
FPYC T-Ball/Softball operates as an all-volunteer program. We need your support and involvement to be successful. Please ask how you can help - league director, coach, assistant coach, team mother are just a few of the ways you can help. NO experience necessary ... just a sincere desire to support FPYC T-Ball and Softball. I would enjoy talking with you about our several volunteer opportunities and/or for further details about our program.
