Mission Statement

The mission of FPYC Travel Soccer is to develop, grow and maintain the program to become a premier soccer program in Northern Virginia.

OBJECTIVES & GOALS:

1.  Promote an enjoyable playing experience in a competitive environment.

2.  Attract and retain the best players from both our house and travel program and from other sources within the area.

3.  Attract and retain the best coaches and assistants from both our house and travel programs and from other sources within the area.

4.  FPYC will support the development of coaches through training and continued education. 

5.  Develop creative and independent thinking players through training and education.

6.  Develop club leadership that is active and committed to supporting the goals of our program.

7.  Encourage the participation of FPYC coaches, members and players in national, state and regional soccer programs.
