FPYC Fire, a rising U-12 NCSL team, will be holding tryouts for the 2007/2008 season.  The Fire were winners at the 2006 Stafford St. Patrick’s Day Tournament and a semi-finalist in the 2006 Virginian Tournament (Silver Division). The FPYC Freedom

A rising ODSL Division (1 or 2) U15 Girls travel team, is looking for talented, physically fit, confident and motivated players for the upcoming Fall (2007) U15 Girls travel soccer season. Players should be born on or after 08/01/92. We will be looking at interested players throughout the summer and will schedule tryouts accordingly. If you are a competitive player who loves the game and loves to work hard, we want you!

 

The Freedom are based in the City of Fairfax and hold practices in that area throughout the year. Emphasis is on effort and improvement during practice and games. Individual goals center around technique, tactics, team skills, confidence, fitness, and being good and supportive teammates. Goalkeeper candidates welcome!  The Freedom also participate in tournaments, indoor winter soccer, and team training programs throughout the year. We also hold informal get-togethers, team-building excursions, and fundraisers during the season.  The Monarchs have engaged the services of a professional coach.  Richard Tacaraya is from Bolivia. Has played soccer for 20+ years and holds a USSF C License. CANNONIERI TRYOUTS FOR U11 FALL '08-SPRING '09 SEASONS: Official tryouts for the FPYC Cannonieri will be held May 28th 6-8PM and May 31st 9-11AM at Eagle View Elementary School and June 3rd and June 5th 6-8PM at Patriot Park West.

The Cannonieri is a highly competitive team with a distinctive record of development and fun; UNDEFEATED In WAGS Division Play Spring 2008, Fall 2007, and Spring 2007. Team training emphasizes a long-term vision of developing elite soccer players and teams in a year-round program to compete at the highest levels in WAGS, Region I, and State Cup. The Cannonieri’s training and improvement programs are professionally-developed in partnership with Terry Foley Academies.

The FPYC Strikers are currently seeking rising U12G players for the Fall 2007 travel season and will be holding tryouts on the following dates: 6/12, 6/14, 6/19, & 6/21 (6:00-7:30pm) @ Kutner Park. They offer a year round training program, which includes tournaments as well as indoor training/games during the winter months. The team is coached by a USSF National  licensed coach along with a professional female trainer.  They offer a motivational and fun environment for players looking to improve their soccer development and creativity.  The team practices 3 times a week during the season in Fairfax City.

The FPYC Rebels, a WAGS U13 D4 Team, are holding open tryouts throughout the summer to fill positions for Fall 2007.  The Rebels are looking for athletic, competitive girls to train  hard with our GMU skills coach and play in a fun team environment.  You may attend one of our pickup games on Wednesdays from 5:00-6:30 at Fairfax High or our practice sessions on Thursdays from 6:00 - 7:30 at Providence Park.
